Studio H Canada is an interdisciplinary consulting practice supporting work that involves multiple organizations, sectors and professional disciplines. We combine senior consulting experience with a flexible team model, bringing together the expertise and additional capacity suited to each assignment.
Our Place and Responsibilities
Studio H Canada is based in Metchosin, British Columbia, on the unceded traditional territory of the SC’IȺNEW̱ Nation. We acknowledge with respect the SC’IȺNEW̱ people, their continuing presence and their enduring relationship and care for these lands and waters. We also recognize the neighbouring T’Sou-ke Nation and Pacheedaht First Nation.
People come first in how Studio H works. Acknowledgement is not a ceremonial statement or a substitute for action. It carries a responsibility to listen, learn, build respectful relationships, practise reciprocity and careful stewardship, and be accountable for how our work affects people and place.
That responsibility travels with us. Wherever we are invited to work, across Canada or internationally, we seek to understand and respect the peoples, histories, relationships and protocols of that place. In work with Indigenous clients and communities, we respect their authority over their knowledge, priorities, vision and decisions.
Canadian Ownership
Studio H Canada Creative Services and Consulting Inc. is a fully Canadian-owned company founded and led by Heidi Bergstrom, a Red River Métis citizen.
From our base in Metchosin, British Columbia, we work with clients across Canada and welcome international engagements where our experience, team and approach are a strong fit.
A Responsive Team Model
Every client has a distinct vision, context, set of priorities and level of internal capacity. We build a responsive, dynamic team around those needs, bringing together the right mix of senior leadership, specialized expertise and delivery capacity.
The team can scale, shift its focus and add complementary skills as the engagement evolves, without creating unnecessary layers between the client and the people doing the work. Heidi remains accountable for client relationships, contracts, project teams, quality standards and business decisions, while associates, specialists and practice leads contribute through clear roles and shared responsibility for excellent work.
How Engagements Work
Studio H Canada is remote-first with purposeful hybrid and on-site work. Engagements may range from focused advisory or assessment work to multi-month strategy, change and implementation assignments. Teams are scaled to the work, with clear accountability, milestones, decision paths and quality review.
